Wow! When I began sessions with Amanda over three years ago I was suffering from leg and hip pain on a daily basis. I would often limp into those first sessions. I was in my mid fifties, and felt that my body was falling apart. I wanted to be able to enjoy the things I had always loved like gardening and being outdoors, but I feared that I had let myself go for too long. I had spent the past twenty plus years taking care of everyone but me. Sound familiar? Amanda has been amazing. She is patient with those of us who had never touched a dumb bell, and who confuse those curls and presses to this day! I look back with amazement at how far she had brought me! I now look forward to gardening, snow skiing, hiking, and whatever else I choose to set my sights on. I've not only gained a stronger body, but the confidence that I have a say in how I age.
